Meanwhile, Jude Tucker’s stone sculptures depict organic shapes that celebrate nature’s ephemeral beauty and Lucas Ferreira weaves abstract textiles from small hand-crafted fragments of ceramic. Juliet and Jamie Gutch’s perfectly balanced wooden mobiles will also accompany Botanica, a jewellery collection from ceramic Installation Artist Valéria Nascimento, which consists of a limited collection of spectacular rings, brooches and necklaces that combine wood and porcelain, displayed as part of an installation.
jaggedart is renowned for its unique style, with an interest mainly in the unusual use of materials - ceramics, grasses, wood, paper or textiles which are used in innovative ways in works that offer a new perspective on the familiar. Exhibition runs 26 April - 20 May 2017.
