A morning of conversations hosted by curator Brian Kennedy, with Bill Amberg, Carréducker, Leah Jensen, Corinne Julius, Eleanor Lakelin, David Marques, Sarah Myerscough and Natalie Melton discussing working hand in hand to help makers succeed.

Hosted by Brian Kennedy and Cockpit’s Head of Business Incubation David Crump, this in-conversation morning shines a spotlight on the many layers of support provided to makers by Cockpit Arts, their London Creative Network Programme and its associates. It focuses on how Cockpit Arts works hand in hand to help makers succeed in the market place and at the same time strengthen the craft economy in the UK.

Discussing their creative journeys are artist in wood Eleanor Lakelin and gallerist Sarah Myerscough; ceramic artist David Marques and writer Corinne Julius; James Ducker and Deborah Carré of shoemakers Carréducker and designer Bill Amberg; and ceramicist Leah Jensen and gallerist Natalie Melton.
