To celebrate Harrods’ Art Partners initiative, a series of collaborations will be showcased at the Knightsbridge store.

Home, furniture and lifestyle brands have joined forces with contemporary artists, designers and producers to create a range of modern-day collectables. And Harrods’ Brompton Road windows have been reimagined with an artistically inspired display showcasing each of the collaborations, available to view until Sunday 7th May.

BeatWoven – a company founded by British textile artist Nadia-Anne Ricketts, who developed software that allows music to be visualised and then translated using a digital Jaquard loom – has collaborated with Firepit Tech, Warner Music UK’s innovation lab to create a piece of art inspired by David Bowie’s legendary song “Let’s Dance”.

Hand-painted-wallpaper brand de Gournay has teamed up with Harrods Interiors, the store’s in-house design team, to create an exclusive hand-painted wallpaper, inspired by the architecture of the Knightsbridge store.

Silk specialist Gingerlily has collaborated with textile designer Alice Selwood to create two embroidered silk geometric cushions. Based in a studio on a small farm in Cornwall, Selwood sources all her materials and fabrics from around the UK.

Other partnerships include Wedgwood x Lee Broom, Globe-Trotter x Charlotte Olympia, Savoir Beds x Arik Levy, Smeg x Dolce & Gabbana, Lalique x Terry Rodgers, Bernardaud x Jeff Koons, Gien x Brigitte de Bazelaire, Christofle x Marcel Wanders, Baccarat x Hans van Bentem, Baldi x Marika Tardio, Visionnaire x Alessandro La Spada, ViSpring x Missoni Home, The Rug Company x Elie Saab, Poltrona Frau x the children of Tolentino, BoConcept x Henrik Pedersen, Harrods Of London x Porada and Puiforcat x Joseph Dirand.
