To celebrate London Craft Week, Daylesford is hosting a free panel discussion exploring the role of craft and the artisan maker in the wider context of sustainability.
The events of this year have led to a nation reconnected and reengaged in the art of craft but how has this impacted the maker? Has it led to a change in our consumer needs, habits and wants? And how could this shape our future for the better?
We are delighted to welcome the following panel to discuss:
-
- Malaika Byng, Editor of The Craft Council’s Crafts Magazine
- Charlotte Kidger, London based Maker
- Beatrice Larkin, woven textile designer based in London
- Rita Konig, interior designer and regular columnist for House & Garden
Under these special circumstances, this event will be held over Zoom, allowing people from all over the world to participate.
