Embroidery Showcase with Alice Archer
Fashion designer Alice Archer opens her central London studio to showcase her intricate embroidery techniques.
British designer Alice Archer graduated from RCA in 2013 after studying fine art at Goldsmiths and Central Saint Martins. She moved to Antwerp to work as an embroidery designer for Dries van Noten and produced her first Alice Archer capsule collection exclusively for Browns in the UK. During her studies, she worked frequently for Tracey Emin, producing her hand-embroidered art works.
Alice's ready-to-wear collections feature specialist techniques combining embroidery and print through the use of hand, digital and Irish machine embroidery. She has built a reputation as one of London's most exciting and talented designers and is a regular fixture on the London Fashion Week schedule.
