The Fashion School in Chelsea loves responsible fashion and creative individuals who want to change a way of thinking. We have over 35 years of experience at the top-end of fashion and education, enabling our students to design and sew using fabrics that have a traceable history.
In 2019 we won the Future Forward category hosted by The Chelsea Awards, for our commitment to teaching sustainable fashion and life long skills to children and adults. We have been fortunate to collaborate and be supported by brands such as Brøgger, House of Sunny, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, Richard Quinn and Alexander McQueen.
This year we are offering one workshop, open to all levels. You can learn how to sew and make a face mask using ex designer/London Fashion Week fabrics and signature Liberty fabric. By the end of the 3 hour workshop you will develop skills in pinning, cutting, measuring, machine and hand sewing.
The price includes fabrics, trimmings and equipment. You can make as many face masks as you can, in the 3 hour session. You will leave with a handful of masks, a face mask pattern and the knowledge to make more in the future.
