London College of Fashion in Conversation with Bethany Williams and Phoebe English
Join London College of Fashion for an interview with fashion designers Bethany Williams, and Phoebe English. Along with Head of College Frances Corner, they discuss the process and craftsmanship behind their designs and the importance of sustainability.
LCF alumna Bethany Williams was recently awarded the second ever Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design, recognising her charity work and sustainable practices. She designs using recycled and organic materials, and her recent collection gave 20% of its profits to a women’s shelter. Designing both womenswear and menswear, Phoebe English’s label was founded in 2011, with a strong focus on sustainability, and her pieces are made entirely in England.
