Rodin was inspired by the art and cultures of Asia, Assyria and Egypt. In 1900 he was transfixed by a performance of Thai dance at the World Fair in Paris, drawing the dancers which then informed his sculptural practice. Enjoy a special dance performance and try capturing movement, gesture and pose in this drop-in drawing workshop to inspire your own sculpting in the future.
