As part of  London Craft Week  and the Artisan Chelsea programme, artist Emma Witter will be hosting a private Art Dinner on Thursday 11th May at The Sea, The Sea on Pavilion Road in Chelsea, starting with a champagne reception and Private View of a new collection sculptures and a limited edition Artist Book.

The six-course tasting menu is made using the finest fish from around the UK and beyond and dry-aged fish prepared in ageing cabinets serves inventive dishes created by Executive Chef Leo Carreira. Each course is expertly paired with a carefully selected wine from small producers, with very low intervention to enhance the flavours and elevate the dining experience.

There will also be a window exhibition of small, intricate sculptures, created in response to the menu, on display at the artist’s studio on Fulham Road throughout the week. Reminiscent of Victorian parlour ornaments, nautical instruments and fishmonger tools, the work hold connotations of seafaring adventures and prompt our unchartered imagination.
