About
Born in Prague, Czech Republic, Anna Niklova is a freelance illustrator, graphic designer and lettering artist based in London. She has studied illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and has just completed her master’s in graphic communication design at Central Saint Martins. She has illustrated and created custom lettering for two children’s books, Chris, throw me the yellow one! (2019) and Esther (2019), both published in the Czech Republic as well as for several small editions of art books and zines.
She has learned sign painting, hand-lettering and custom font design from Jen Mussari, a lettering artist and illustrator based in New York, and she has been hand-painting monograms and custom designs on Away suitcases since 2016.
