Growing up in North Wales, Blott Kerr-Wilson began her career in shells when she created her first grotto in her council flat bathroom in south east London. Ths captured the attention of Min Hogg and she won the ‘Design a Room’ competition run by The World of Interiors, which helped to launch a career which ahs seen her travel the world creating grottoes, bespoke artworks and home commissions. Her unique designs are informed by the mathematical nature of the shells, their shape and variety of colour.
