Tania McIvor is the creator of Cloth & Clover, which harnesses traditional crafts and skills to make beautiful products of exceptional quality. The integrity of the creative process is key to Tania’s philosophy, looking to historic documents from her own archive compiled over many years to create the designs. Textile fragments, often centuries old, are re-worked and painstakingly edited to create fresh designs with a distinctive colour palette, but yet still redolent of their historic roots.
Keen to support and encourage British craftsmanship, Cloth & Clover’s fabrics are designed and printed in England using a Scottish milled linen base cloth. Cloth & Clover offers clients the option to customise colours and base cloth for bespoke projects.
A founder member of the Makers Tales Collective, Tania will be taking part in the discussion panel “Celebrating the Beauty of Imperfection” with Grace McCloud (The World Of Interiors) on the 6th October.
