A ceramicist as well as a Roux Scholar and former Executive Chef of Fera at Claridge's, Dan Cox is as passionate about what his food is plated on as he is about the food itself.

At his new farm to fork restaurant Crocadon in St Mellion, Cornwall, Dan has built a pottery where he creates bespoke ceramics for each of the plates he serves, both independently and in collaboration with other ceramicists. The restaurant, the pottery - and even a microbrewery - are all nestled within the barns at the heart of the farm and will showcase what can be achieved when different crafts and skills work together in harmony.
