Darshana Shilpi Rouget was born in Bombay into a family of artists. She has lived and worked in New York, Brussels, and London.
Alba Amicorum is Darshana’s brand and muse. It grew out of years working as an artist and a creative director for some of the most influential global brands.
“I loved the collaborative process with other creative minds, and I wanted to connect with artist friends around the world -and this laid the foundation for what has become Alba Amicorum”.
In 2016 Alba Amicorum was launched – with limited editions of silk and cashmere printed scarves.
Darshana continues her work with design, drawing, painting, and photography.
