About

Harry Forster-Stringer’s inspiration comes from living in Asia as a child, and the moment his father commissioned a ring for his mother in Kathmandu. Observing a goldsmith working with his hands made Harry want to create meaningful, precious items people would cherish.

During the forty years he has worked as a craftsman, Harry has learnt and mastered many facets of his trade. A 2017 QEST Bendicks (Mayfair) Ltd Scholarship enhanced his knowledge in enamelling techniques by funding one-to-one lessons with Phil Barnes, the greatest enameller of his generation.

“I am passionate, dedicated and thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the work I do. I continually strive to be better than I was the day before and never tire of learning new skills.”
