Inspired by traditional textile techniques such as embroidery, lacemaking, knotting and pleating; Sophie creates handwoven fabrics for lifestyle and homeware. Sophie aims to use techniques and materials that can only be created by your hands to step away from mass production and to celebrate the craftsmanship involved.
Sophie is part of the Cockpit Collective, presenting ‘Textile + Surface’ at The Future of Craft, Oxo Tower Wharf for London Craft Week.
